rigorous testing on the following system components:
- Quick test to verify functionality; Long test to check data reliability, data erasure
to DOD or customer standards, 50 hr. drive burn-in to reduce early drive
failures, hard drive duplication from Master Disk drive.
- SCSI, SATA, SAS, PATA (IDE) interfaces
- HDD, ODD and other magnetic media
- Full laptop, server and desktop board or system functional verification
- Peripheral board test, video, serial, Ethernet, modems full functional test
- Board level repair
- Server, laptop, desktop and mobile, BGA, LGA and PGA packages
- Full functional test is performed running in a windows environment. Diagnostics, performance and operating system level testing
- Run Intel or AMD processor verification tool as part of verification
- Tested for correct voltage levels and sequencing
- Load testing per customer requirements

- DDR, DDR2 modules in desktop and laptop configurations at all frequencies
- SDRAM component level
- Test for correct functionality and to insure no missing pixels
